What is a Diastasis Recti?

1 min read
A diastasis recti is a seperation of the rectus muscles (the \"six pack\")
The rectus muscles run from the sternum (\"breastbone\") to the pubic bone.
Having a diastatis is very common in both men and women.
In fact, about 60% of women have a diastatis recti during or after pregnancy.
