Don’t get it, sweat it
Regular exercise can improve cardiovascular health as well as brain health by increasing blood flow. So can sauna.
And both exercise and sauna make us sweat.
Our body sweats in order to keep us cool… to thermo-regulate. But what is in the sweat? It might be something very important…
We are all exposed to toxic compounds… Through food, water, and even the air we breathe. And then there are the skin products we use.
As a result, all of us have some level of toxic compounds in our bodies and these levels can accumulate over time.
It’s something for us to sweat… Literally.
Arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury are either carcinogens or possible carcinogens. These metals can reak havoc on our health by impacting...
Our body’s systems, including: nervous, endocrine, renal, musculoskeletal, immune, and cardiovascular.
And sweating can extract all of these toxins from our bodies in considerable amounts.
So, sit and sweat in a sauna or move and sweat through exercise. There’s more to get rid of than just calories.
